  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

If there are any delays in processing your order (e.g., due to high demand or stock issues), we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for our customers:

UK Shipping:

  • Standard (2 to 4 Business days) £3.99
  • Express (1 to 2 Business days) £5.99
  • FREE Standard (On orders over £50)
  • FREE International (On orders over £65)

We currently ship worldwide! Shipping rates vary depending on the destination:

  • Standard International (8-12 Business days) £11.99
  • Express International (5-7 Business days) £14.99
  • FREE International (On orders over £100)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or other factors outside our control.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or other issues outside our control.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or missing, please contact us at wearelvled@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at wearelvled@gmail.com.

  • Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the address.
